The show has been renewed for a third season, which started on July 20, 2011. Geiger did not return for season 3 and has been replaced by former Navy SEAL Richard "Mack" Machowicz, who analyzes the history and strategy of the warriors, and military video game software developer and designer of the new simulation program Robert Daly, who calculates multiple X-Factors and probabilities of each warrior. Veteran weapons maker since season one Dave Baker, who handles the Armory, now has his own segment in which he gives a brief history of the weapons wielded by the warrior.
